"Trying to be all things to all people will lead to compromise"

Where do I start?      I feel overwhelmed!!   I can'tdo this!

These are often the responses of entrepreneurs who find themselves being the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Marketing guru and....the guy who makes the tea.  How does an entrepreneur with a fledgling business grow this within his or her budget and skill constraints? 

Is it possible to be both a key worker in your business and a strategic thinker working on your business?  I believe it is.

Sometimes all it takes is someone to reflect back to you your ideas - someone whom you trust and understands your business.
